Thesis & Dissertation Binding : Hardback Binding

Hardback binding is used for top quality or final submission documents. We offer two types.

The first is Hard Back Channel Bind; it consists of a black, hard, front and back one piece cover, which clamps the document. This can be printed in gold on the front cover.

The second and most popular is Thesis or Case binding. It is a high quality binding which conforms exactly to the University requirements for all PhD, MBA, MA, MA HRM, MSc submissions it is also accepted as a high quality alternative for most other course submissions including BA(Hons) and BSc(Hons).

It is a hand made thread sewn permanent binding with covers made from 2.5mm thick board covered in washable library buckram for durability with gold lettering added where required. All materials and lettering used, follow the same standards and patterns which have been used for all of the Universitys for the last 10 years.

Maroon or Burgundy - Arbelave Buckram 567

Beware of cheaper imitations that may have a paper "cloth effect" cover, are put together quickly, do not have the long-term durability, are not sewn and may not match the University required standard.
